Medical Receptionist
Receptionist Required:
- Multi-lingual skills
- Good communication skills.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service.
- General reception work.
- Computer skills including e-mail and typing skills.
- Able to finish all the work on the day.
- Able to using Microsoft Excel/ Word.
Working duties:
- Making appointments/bookings.
- Answering/listening to voicemails and return phone calls, replying to e-mails.
- Daily record keeping.
- Process payments via HICAPS/EFTPOS and generate receipts if required.
- Assist doctors with paperwork.
- Prepare patient paperwork and files.
