FEEDBACK & COMPLAINT
All medical practitioners practising at this clinic are independent contractors and hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Each practitioner is solely responsible for their own clinical decision-making, treatment recommendations, and professional conduct.
If you are dissatisfied with a practitioner’s clinical decisions or professional manner, we encourage you to raise your concerns with our management team. We are able to facilitate communication with the practitioner involved. Should the matter remain unresolved, you may lodge a formal complaint with the Medical Board of Australia via AHPRA for independent review.
All reception and nursing staff are employees of the clinic. If you are dissatisfied with the conduct or service provided by any member of our staff, please complete the attached complaint form. The matter will be reviewed by management, and appropriate internal processes, including discussion with the relevant staff member, will be undertaken.
