GENERAL INFORMATION
We accept all valid Australian Medicare cards and all major health insurance cards. Our medical
centre is a mix Billing clinic. Fees apply for non-medicare card holders and non concession card holder.
Most private medical insurance are covered.
Patients without Medicare cards will be charged on time basis at the following rates (conditions apply):
Patient can get most of fee back from private health insurance, out of pouket $40

FEES AND BILLING ARRANGEMENTS:
Most consultation is Bulk Billed for valid Concession card with appointment. However an out of pocket fee of $100 will
be charged for all medical procedures after Medicare Rebate through 3rd party service to cover medical consumable materials
(eg. disposabe needles, syringe, dressing pack and local anaesthetics). For patients who do not have valid Medicare
Card or services that are not under Medicare Rebate items, fees are payable at the time of consultation
by cash, cheque, Bankcard, MasterCard or Visa card. The AMA fee structure forms the basis of our
billing policy and is displayed in the reception area of the surgery. If you have any difficulty
in paying our fees, please discuss it with us.
NOTES
- Fees apply for workcover, TAC Certificate.
- Fees apply for Driver License Certificate and Pre-Employment Certificate related to employment.
- Fees apply for procedures in the clinic (eg. allergy test, removal of skin lesion or biopsy, Minor Surgical Procedure, Cosmetic Procedure such as Antiwrinkle injection and Derma filler injection).
